I've really been using BatchRenamingSystem much these days, to standardize all my files (finally!). And yes that was missed the better management of the module list.
So in a while I added the buttons to reorder modules, one to empty the list of modules, and have optimized to maximize the usability of all that part of the interface. really a pleasure to work with her now .
